How billing works
Multiply by locations. That is the whole formula.
Each location is a unit at the same rate. Add a location mid-month and you pay pro-rata for the days remaining, then full months after that. Remove one and the credit works the same way. It arrives as one consolidated charge, not a stack of invoices.

The trial is not a demo environment. RV connects to your real profile and does real work, which you approve.

You start in Manual mode, so nothing publishes without you. Move to Assist or Auto whenever you are ready.

Billing starts only if you are still with us. Cancel before day 15 and you are not charged at all.
Billing questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You can start the 14-day trial without a card. We only ask for a card at day 15 if you decide to keep going. Nothing is charged during the 14 days, and cancelling before day 15 means no charge at all.
What happens when I add a location?
The new location is added to your subscription at the same $50 rate. Stripe pro-rates the remainder of the current month, so you pay only for the days it is active, then full months after that. Removing a location credits back the same way.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel at any time from inside the app.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
Everything RV published to your Google Business Profile stays. The replies, posts and updates belong to the restaurant, not to us. You can also permanently delete your RV account data whenever you want.
Are there setup fees or add-ons?
No. There is one price and it includes every workflow. There is no onboarding fee, no per-seat charge and no premium tier holding back the useful features.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not today. Billing is monthly in USD. If annual terms matter for your group, get in touch and we will talk it through.
